Whether you are looking for a class for general all-around health, fertility, prenatal or post-partum yoga; there are classes to fit your needs and lifestyle. Holistic healing (Reiki Therapy) and Natural Childbirth are other services offered. In addition to weekly yoga classes, a meditation circle and reiki share are held monthly.
