Mixed Level Yoga

A yoga class designed to help tone
and strengthen the body by relaxing
and releasing the tightness in
muscles, creating flexibility. It also
quiets and focuses the mind. In this
class you will increase body
awareness, improve balance, mobility
and stability, muscular flexibility and
strength, focus on relaxation and
concentration, and overall well-being
and health. This class is open to all
Prenatal Yoga

A yoga class which combines breathing
exercises, stretching, relaxation
techniques
and meditation.  Learn yoga postures
which can help alleviate some of the
common aliments during pregnancy.  Also
learn postures which can be used during
labor and delivery. No prior yoga
experience required.
All stages of pregnancy are welcome.  A
written doctor's note is required prior to
taking class. (it is for you and your babies
safety).
Mom  & Me  Yoga
A postpartum yoga class in which you
practice yoga with your baby. Moms will learn
how to strengthen their abdominal and pelvic
floor muscles, gain inner strength and
strengthen their body after giving birth.  It is
also a chance to meet other new moms.  
Class in open to Moms and babies, 6 weeks
to crawling.
Hip Hop Dance Class

A high-energy class that uses the latest
sounds in rap, R&B, and pop music
together with movements influenced  by
some of today's hottest video
choreographers.  Get your body shakin'
and learn hot grooves in this cardo
class.  Elements of physical fitness
training, core work and hip hop will get
you into shape in no time!
Reiki -Reiki therapy is an ancient oriental
system of natural, holistic healing. A Reiki
treatment clarifies, focuses, increases and
rebalances the energy in your body.  It opens
and clears your chakras and energy
meridians and helps to balance and cleanse
your aura. It channelizes the energy found in
the universe. Reiki helps medicine work
more effectively and thus enhances healing
and speeds healing time. It directs energy to
the areas that require it most. These areas of
energy deficit may be physical, spiritual,
emotional or mental.
Beginners Yoga

A yoga class designed for
individuals with little or no yoga
experience.   Each week new
postures will be introduced. Learn
the foundations of a safe and
well-balanced yoga practice.
Gentle Yoga

This practice is to uncover our greatness, we can use the asana's
(postures) as a means to express our innate natural ecstasy
transforming our relationship with our bodies helping us create
peace and assisting our souls in its evolution.  Hatha Yoga
teaches breath when things are intense, to soften when we are
hard, and strenghten when we are weak.  A renewed vitality
through recognizing self  importance, practice giving love to every
part of your body; to love, honor and respect the body
immensely...REMEMBERING THAT EVERYTHING YOU DO IS OF
IMPORTANCE!!!
Pilates

Pilates dramatically transforms the
way your body looks, feels and
performs. It builds strength without
excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned
body with slender thighs and a flat
abdomen.

It teaches body awareness, good
posture and easy, graceful
movement. Pilates improves
flexibility, agility and economy of
motion. It can even help alleviate
back pain.
